Summer 2008
Summer is upon us!
After last years washout, coupled with all the doom and gloom surrounding the economy of the country and state of the housing market I think we could all do with a glorious Summer to cheer ourselves up!
There really is nothing better than to spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden, cooking on the barbeque with a lovely glass on chilled rosé in your hand. Which leads me nicely onto to our wine recommendation for the Summer, the Pinot Grigio Blush 2007 from Cielo. This wine is rapidly become one of our best sellers, and having personally sampled a bottle in York a few weeks ago, I can see why! Lovely appearance, great nose and best of all a good crisp fruity clean palate, perfect on a hot day.
