Tasting Note: The grapes pressed after their stalks have been removed. The skin is left for a few hours in the must at a low temperature, then fermentation starts thanks to selected yeasts.The wine is aged in steel containers at a controlled temperature. A pinkish pale claret colour with a fruity nose. Pleasantly fizzy, lively and easy to drink. Best served at 7-8° C, it perfectly accompanies light salami hors-d’oeuvres, soup, white meat and vegetable pies.

Cantine Sacchetto is located in the Veneto town of Trebaseleghe. The company was founded by Sisto Sacchetto in the early 1920's. Major changes to the company took place in the 1980's in the hands of the second generation, Filiberto and his son Paolo. Innovation and modernisation were introduced to improve quality of the product via improved production methods. The aim of Cantine Sacchetto is to find balance between innovation and tradition.
