Founded in Epernay in 1811, Perrier-Jouët owns 108 hectares of vineyards located in the heart of the Champagne region, Cramant, Aize in the "Côte des Blancs" (Chardonnay), Mailly, Verzenay in the "Montagne de Reims" (Pinot Noir), Ay, Dizy in the "Vallée de la Marne" (Pinot Noir - Pinot Meunier) 40 hectares of these vineyards are on the CRAMANT outskirts (1er GRAND CRU in the CHARDONNAY area). The subtle symphony of Perrier-Jouët’s Cuveés is remarkably harmonised with white grapes (Chardonnay). The Chardonnay from Cramant gives the tone to all the Perrier-Jouët’s Cuveés. Substantial proportions of Chardonnay are added to the different blends. This is what gives elegance and finesse to all the Perrier-Jouët’s Cuveés.
