Tasting Note: Mature biscuity nose, full clean palate with hints of red apple and an impressively long finish. Elegant and stylish, this Premier Cru Champagne is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay and is literally hand crafted by Jean Paul Hebrart. Each bottle is then hand remuaged. Once blended the cuvée is bottled and left to mature for an impressive three and a half years.

Marc Hebrart is the most important grower in the picturesque village of Mareil sur Ay (one of only two 99% echelle rated villages). The Premier Cru village is noted for its Pinot Noir and Marc Hebrart and his family own 11 ha of vineyards - a major holding for a family concern.
